Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
Make sure the General tab is selected.
Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files, select "Delete all offline content" and click OK.

In the new window, click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section.

Click the Privacy button and select the Cache tab.
Click the Clear Cache Now button.

Remove checks from everything except cache. Leave cache checked.

1. Open Interent Explorer.
2. Select "TOOLS" and then "INTERNET OPTIONS" from the main menu.
Change to the "General" tab.
Click on "Delete Files" button.
Now a "Delete Files" window should open.
Click OK to start deleting cache.
Your browser may not respond for a minute or so.
Do not resize or attempt to close your browser.
If you haven't done this before then you probably have
many files stored on your computer so this may take a while.
Finally, click APPLY and then OK buttons.
