PSP 7 TRANSPARENCY PROBLEM
There were issues with transparency in the early releases of PSP 7.
To load the transparency manually on each image, try this:
First open the png file, then go along the top tool bar and click on masks,
scroll down to Load from Alpha Channel,
in the load from Alpha window click OK.
Your png file should show a transparent background now.
Corel released a patch to fix this problem,
and you can download Paint Shop Pro 7.04 update:
